Client Users on Multiple Projects

If you get the message "user already exists in this organisation" when trying to add a person to a project, it means you have already added this user as a client on another company’s project.

 

It is not possible to add someone with the same email ID on two different company projects.

 

In order to add them to another project you must first delete them as a client user on the first project.

 

If you wish them to be on multiple projects you must add them as project team members, not client members.
