How many records can I export in Zoho CRM?
As of now the reports export in Zoho CRM will work in such a way
that, the user will be able to export up to 20000 records per page (only
in CSV format), in each export, using the report module.
This is subject to the following conditions.
A user will be able to export a maximum of 5 reports of 20000 records each per day.
A user cannot export the same report (of 20000 records) twice in a day.
If he/she is attempting to export the same report the second time, you will be able to export it only as 2000 records/page.
The
other option is to use the data dump feature in the admin side. This
allows two complete data dumps of all modules in one month as part of
your liense. Additional data dumps are $10 per time. It is possible to
schedule data dumps using this feature, the link to the zip files will
be sent to the administrator.
