How to Share Specific Zoho Reports Tables with Users
You can share some specific tables to specific users with some fine grained permissions like ( Import and Write ). Please follow the below mentioned steps to do so.
1. Open the database in your Zoho Reports account.
2. In the Explorer view, select required tables.
3. Click Share > Share Views to New Users ( toolbar menu option ).
4. Enter the Zoho Reports account e-mail address of the shared users.
5. Click Next.
6. In Permissions tab, select required permission level.
7. Click Next and Finish.
