Is it possible to remove customer accounts from support portal in Zoho Desk rather than deleting them?

Yes, its possible to deactivate the Customer Account instead of deleting from the Zoho Desk.

Please follow the steps below to deactivate a customer account from Zoho Desk.

1. Click on Settings > Channel > Help Center > Users.
2. Choose the user by searching with the email address, mouse over on the user and you have options to deactivate the user(Customer Account)
