Is it possible to target segments in Zoho Campaigns with a sequence of autoresponders?

Yes! it is possible to send 'Autoresponders' to segments in lists based on the criteria setup in those segments.

Here, based upon the number of segments in the lists you could setup an autoresponder to each segment available in the lists and these will be triggered based on the criteria that is been setup.
