Rules for data importing in Zoho CRM
Supported Formats
You can use XLS, XLSX, VCF or CSV format for importing up to 1500 records. For more than 1500 records, only CSV format is supported.
Maximum Limits
Free Edition - 1500 per batch
Professional Edition - 10000 per batch
Enterprise Edition- 20000 per batch (only for Clone option). Skip/Overwrite can be performed with a maximum of 2000 records.
Important Notes
· First row of the given file will be treated as field names.
· Please ensure your file size does not exceed 5 MB.
· Before importing the data all duplicate records will be ignored from the XLS/XLSX/CSV/VCF file.
· Duplicate check will be performed based on the Email field of Leads and Contacts modules, where as Name/Subject of other modules.
· While checking for duplicate records, you can overwrite, clone, or skip the duplicates. For more information refer to Online Help.
· In case of XLS file, only MS Excel 97 - 2003 formats are supported.
· Unexpected errors may occur if the XLS file contains any special controls like combo filters or images embedded within it.
· Check box value should be 1 or 0
· Date values must be in MM/dd/yyyy format. Dates in any other format will be ignored.
· Date Time values must be in MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss format. Date Time values in any other format will be ignored.
· By default, the character encoding is UTF-8 (Unicode). Make sure you provide the correct character encoding if your import file requires a different character encoding.
· It is recommended that you test your import with a sample file before you import the actual data.

Integrating Multiple Zoho CRM Portals to a Single Zoho Campaigns Portal
