Synching from Zoho CRM and Duplicate Records
The import process would create a duplicate for the first time of the import if there are two contacts of the same name.
For example, lets say there is a contact called X in Zoho Books already.
There is another contact in Zoho CRM with the same name X.
So when the import happens for the first time, a duplicate contact will be created for X in Zoho Books.
This will also be marked as imported from CRM and can be marked inactive.
