What is TFA?

In Zoho and In General TFA = Two Factor Authentication (TFA) and this is an additional security measure to ensure the Login access of one's account is said to be secured by different mediums. So while Logging into a account, the first phase of Authentication is said to be 'Password' and the Second Phase is 'Secure Code' which will be received by account holder through any selected medium by the User himself. This will help the User pass through the login Gateway giving the User access to their account.

As a security measure, you can mandate the TFA settings for all the users, where they must use the additional security code to login to their accounts. Hence we could also make sure that each user has access to a mobile device to get the secure code via SMS/ Voice call or the mobile app with QR code scan option while logging into their accounts.
