How do I downgrade my Zoho Motivator license to the free version?
Please follow the
below steps to cancel a paid Zoho Motivator license and downgrade to a free version:
Log into
Motivator application as super admin
Click on settings >>
subscription >> cancel the subscription
Once
the subscription is canceled you will be redirected to the Free edition in
which only 5 users would be active. The rest of the users will be made inactive.
