FYI, Motivator’s data comparison depends on the KPI behavior definition and the period you’re looking at. For instance, if you’re looking at “Leads Created” or “Potentials created” “This Month” and the current date is May 15th, then Motivator will compare the KPI value for May 1-15 versus Apr 1-15. However, if the KPI behavior definition has a “record selection” rule based on a date field in the CRM record (e.g., the “Closing Date” in a Potential record), then you have can chose whether or not to “Include dates in the future” (using a checkbox just below the record selection field).
